Yogurberry, the Korea-based frozen yogurt maker is on the verge of setting up 7 new stores in India and have plans for adding up another 100 stores in the coming five years. The company operates in India through Dubai-based franchise operator – Synergy Holdings, which will be investing INR 500 mn for executing these expansion plans. The company has also partnered with area specific franchisees- Raasha Leisure & Entertainment for covering north and east regions and Tack Food & Beverages for west.
As of now, the new stores will be set up in Chennai, Bangalore, Delhi- NCR and Mumbai. The company will increase its reach to tier-2 and tier-3 cities later on.
