@Business Line: Logistics and warehousing infrastructure will get boost as there is huge requirement of quality space for organized retail. Recently one of the largest logistics and warehousing developers in Europe has set up its company in India, Logistics Real Estates which is expected to open a chain of modern warehouse and logistics projects.
Chennai followed by Bangalore will be the first to see the development of warehouse infrastructure by Logistics India. It plans to set up logistics park in an area of 120,000 sq-m on NH4 for which acquisition of land is already in advanced stage.
