@DNA India: Aqua Logistics, a third party logistics service provider, has entered into an agreement to acquire three Hong Kong based logistics companies namely CIT, TAG and AGI Logistics through its subsidiary, Aqua Logistics Hong Kong Ltd. Aqua will initially acquire 60% in the companies with a total investment of INR 0.32 bn and intends to acquire an additional 15% over the next five years.
This acquisition will allow Aqua to increase its geographical presence and compete with other multinational companies.
