3G portable Wi-Fi router launched by Kobian

Computer peripherals manufacturer, Kobian Pte Ltd., has launched a 3G mobile router under its brand name Mercury. The router will be capable of providing Wi-Fi connectivity to 6 devices simultaneously. The 3G Mobile Router is lightweight and compact, making it highly portable. It can be switched between two essential modes, modem and router. While in the modem mode, the router acts as a dongle to provide Internet connectivity via USB, in the router mode, Wi-Fi hotspot can be created providing internet access to 6 different devices. Priced at INR 5,200, the device has internal battery backup of 5 hours.
